Our gym is a place that combines modern equipment, comfort, and flexibility, ideal for those looking for an intimate gym in Warsaw. For hotel guests, it is available 24/7, providing the freedom to train at any time. For those with a pass or single-entry ticket, we welcome you from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
In our fully equipped cardio studio, you will find among others the latest machines – ellipticals, stationary bikes, and treadmills, which allow for effective training and improved fitness. The strength area is a space where you can use the leg press machine, barbells, weights, and other professional equipment for intensive strength training. We also offer a wide range of fitness accessories – exercise mats, medicine balls, resistance bands, steps, and many more, enabling comprehensive workouts. Our spacious fitness room is available outside class hours, giving you complete freedom to exercise.

Michał is an experienced personal trainer with a passion for sports and working with people. His adventure began in childhood – at the age of 8, he started judo training, which he continued for 7 years. At the University of Physical Education in Warsaw, he discovered his love for MMA, which he actively trains in and competes in to this day.Michał not only developed his sports skills but also gained solid professional preparation. He completed courses for personal trainer, swimming instructor, and lifeguard, giving him comprehensive knowledge and experience.Today, Michał helps his clients achieve their dream physique, improve physical fitness, and master swimming techniques. His approach is individual, effective, and motivating – ideal for those seeking professional support on their journey to health and fitness.

Kuba is a personal trainer with a passion for bodybuilding, offering professional support in achieving fitness goals.
